LOCAL RULE (UPDATED December 2025)
1. OUT OF BOUNDS. Those areas beyond the course boundary fences or behind any line of white stakes with black tops. NO ACCESS ALLOWED TO RESIDENTS PROPERTY.
2. LOST BALL or BALL OOB A 2 Stroke Penalty Rule as per Model Local Rule E-5 i.e. Drop within 2 club lengths on fairway for 2 stroke penalty.
3. ALL CONSTRUCTION FENCES ON THE COURSE MARK THE BOUNDARY OF RED PENALTY AREAS, NO ACCESS ALLOWED
4. ALL STAKES on the course are immovable obstructions.
5. ABNORMAL COURSE CONDITION. Any area Defined by White stakes, White lines, Cart Paths, Gardens (must contain planted shrubs & mulch), Ruts and Wheel marks made by a mower, tractor or motor vehicle. If it is virtually certain that your ball came to rest in an abnormal course condition you may take relief under Rule 16.1,b,c or, d using the estimated point where your ball last crossed the edge of the Abnormal Course Condition as per Rule 16.1,e.
6. BUNKERS & GREENS Free relief from an area damaged by kangaroos (does not
apply to stance)
7. SPRINKLER HEADS - In line of play. A player may take relief if their ball lies within 2 club lengths of a sprinkler head that is within 2 club lengths of the green. Rule 16.1
8. STAKED PLANTS relief must be taken in accordance with rule 8E E 10
9. DANGEROUS AREAS. Players must not enter ANY dams or construction areas to recover any balls.
10. FAIRWAYS are defined by closely mown areas. Free drop from bare patches on fairways.
11. CART & SPONSOR SIGNS, POSTS OR POLES, NEAREST THE PIN MARKERS.
If your ball strikes these obstructions (not stakes) the shot may be cancelled & replayed without penalty.
